I'm a Prep-er

First and foremost, we don't own a room filled with food and supplies. But I do have a fridge with 3 days of healthy dinner meals ready to go!


My absolute favorite is chicken, broccoli, and rice. Sounds kinda bland when you write it out like that? Well.. season every part of this. If you follow me on Insta, you'll see I'm somewhat addicted to Penzey's spices. ;)

Do you check out stories? I love to post meal prep and food favorites items in my stories. #fitnessmotivation

I'm less likely to over-eat if I plan out my meals. It's my junk food prevention. I also make snacks in small containers that are about 100 calories each. Typically sweet potatoes (helps with my sweet tooth battle), sprouts, and fruits.



Try a bit of prep-ing, you might be surprised how it makes you pause when you go to grab the chips!
